HyperX Delivered a New Digital User Experience for KnowledgeWorks
KnowledgeWorks, a nonprofit leader in education transformation, needed a partner to build a website that would reflect their true value, convert more traffic, and match new branding. KnowledgeWorks was also looking for a partner to help implement a Marketo Engage nurture strategy and align the new website to the marketing plan.
After searching for a marketing technology partner that had proven their value in website usability/functionality, Marketo Engage best practices, and quality assurance testing, they selected HyperX to rebuild the site.
In just six months, the timeline for their website rebuild, HyperX delivered a completely re-architected digital user experience including design, development, quality assurance, and go-live support. Updates included an all-in-one email template and a robust automated nurture marketing system built for KnowledgeWorks’ target audience. Marketo was also fully integrated into the new site.
The project was delivered on time and on budget, meeting every challenging objective set forth from the beginning. And the KnowledgeWorks internal and external stakeholders were ecstatic!
